Job Descriptions:
- Devise an entire marketing effort and oversee and delegate the sales and marketing tasks related to Automation, Trading and LT Panel
- Candidate will be responsible to generate inquiries, technical & commercial discussion with customers related to Automation, VFDs & Electrical Panels like PCC, MCC, APFC, PDBs etc.
- Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirement
- Develop new customers by making cold calls and applying other marketing strategies
- Formulate business development strategies to develop business in the assigned region
- Responsible for setting and meeting the targets.
Job Specification:
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Conduct effectively the technical round of interview along with the HR Executive
