Work Experience: 1 to 4 Years in Engineering firm offering Industrial Automation & Panel Solutions

Team Lead: Sales & Support

Job Descriptions:

  • Candidate will be responsible for technical, estimation & commercial discussion with customers related to Automation, VFDs & Electrical Panels like PCC, MCC, APFC, PDBs etc.
  •  Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirement.
  • Preparation of BOM & GA for the automation system, VFD’s, LT panels and spares requirement from customers.
  • Capturing all the inquires coming through all the sources and note it in a inquiry register format.
  • Ensure that all the details in the register is proper filled and all the records are maintained properly.
  •  Preparing Techno Commercial offers and sending it to customer.
  • Project management of incoming Electrical panel, Automation & Drive panels.
  • Regular and timely follow up with customers and keep updated status about all the offers send.
  • Lead the sales support team; monitoring and support of achieving sales target.
  • Ensure purchase order received is tracked and documented properly with necessary data entry in registers.
  • Invest time and self learn and upgrade technical knowledge pertaining various products deals by the company to work independently.
  • Proper reporting of the work to sales head & top management.
  • Attending weekly sales meeting and presenting mandatorily set number of reports.
  • Proper adherence of the rules and regulation and policies framed by the company.
  • Ready to handle challenges for the company’s growth.

Job Specification:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
  • Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyse reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
