Job Title: Retail Sales Person

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Person to join our team. As a Retail Sales person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
2. Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and benefits to make informed recommendations to customers.
4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or 12TH PASS OR ; degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred; experience in customer-facing roles also considered , Or fresher
3. Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
